ACEing Autism Merrick is seeking dedicated volunteers, aged 13 and older to help out on Saturdays. Our volunteers are patient, positive, think on their feet, and willing to learn. Tennis experience is preferred but not necessary.
Details: Our 2025 summer session will run for 6 weeks on Saturdays and each clinic day is two hours from 11:00-1:00pm.
Schedule:
- June 21, 28
- July 12
- August 2, 9, 16
- In Person Training: On Saturday, June 21 at 10 am all our volunteers will go over teaching techniques.
Waivers and Background Check:
Minors:
- New volunteers will have to sign our waivers and have a parent signature. If you haven't already, click "Respond" to sign your waivers.
- Once you and your parent sign, click "Respond" again and let us know the dates you can attend!
Volunteers 18 years or older:
- New volunteers will have to sign our waivers and complete a background check through Sterling Volunteers. Click "Complete your Background Check Here" on the left side of your screen and follow the instructions.
- When ACEing Autism marks you as "Eligible," you will be able to respond to the opportunity.
